Taproom Threads pricing builder

Build the merch run behind the idea.

Mix several digital designs into one practical order, or price a larger screen printed run when you already know what your customers want.

This builder provides a planning estimate using standard assumptions. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork, garment, placement, quantity, timing, tax, and shipping are reviewed.

Choose the production path

What are you trying to make?

You do not need to force every merch idea into the same print process. Choose digital when variety and detailed artwork matter. Choose screen printing when one design has enough demand to justify the setup.

Build more variety

Combine designs into one quantity tier.

Every design can have its own garment, quantity, and print setup. The total number of pieces determines the base price for the entire order.

Designs in this order

Start with one design or build a fuller lineup.

Enter the number of buyer packages, not the number of garments. Bulk packing is included; buyer fulfillment adds $1 per package.
Why cumulative pricing matters Three designs with 50 pieces each count as 150 total pieces. All three receive the 144+ base tier even when garments and artwork differ. Each design/garment group needs at least 12 pieces.
No digital setup fees Digital is usually the best fit for mixed designs, detailed artwork, reorders, and small-to-medium runs. Three locations, oversized or unusual placements, and prints across a full-zip center front need custom review.
